I woke up one morning a few weeks back completely overwhelmed by the love of God. I keep trying to wrap my mind around this thought: the pitiful creatures that we were, God felt we were worth the price of His perfect son.
I can’t even! 🤯
The God of the universe sees us with an unmeasurable worth and value. 💎
We can’t go around saying, “I’m so worthless. Thank you God for salvation… I guess.”
No! Don’t you see?
He saw so much worth in us, that He would stop at nothing to rescue us.
Nothing!
I am so amazed that the Creator of the World saw this little speck, and said, “She is precious to me.”
The very fact that we have nothing to give, nothing to offer, and that He wants us, loves us… ADORES us, should tell us something about the kind of God He is and how valuable are to Him.
If He sees us with worth, why do we go around with false humility, saying we’re worthless?
That kind of thinking keeps us stuck in the little parasitic sins we are trying to be rid of.
Child of the King, it is time to walk in WHO God says you are!
Let the price He put on you be what defines you. It cost Him everything.
And to Him, it was worth it.
